The breeding systems from Fischgut Primus Anlagenbau GmbH offer the opportunity for reproductions around the year, since the systems are independent from environmental conditions e.g. season or weather conditions. In the hatchery remain constant temperatures and stable water parameters. The breeding systems are designed as complete hatcheries with full-fledged recirculation systems. The breeding system for the hatching of eggs and nurturing of larvae is designed to meet the requirements of different fish species e.g. carp, sturgeon or catfish.

In the hatcheries reigns the highest possible standards of hygiene, therefore the hatcheries are totally separated from the Young fish and fattening systems. One breeding room can produce in full use of its capacity up to one Million larvae. The breeding room is the heart of every modern aquaculture and Fischgut Primus operates hatcheries like this for more than 20 years

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The breeding room system conceived to be accommodated in the smallest space, already a room of 6x6m is sufficient. The hatchery systems can be run as a warmwater- or coldwater cycle. With a total use of only 0,7KW they are energy-saving and economical.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The cleaning process of the water does take place in a couple of steps. Step one is the mechanical cleaning, particulate matter is eliminated from process water with the help of gravity through sedimentation. A very important part of the hatchery is following this water calming zone: The water disinfection, meaning, the water sterilization of the recirculation with custom made professional UV-C burners. Which guaranty a continuous undisturbed water flow with a diameter of 150mm.

 

 

A further step in the process of water cleaning is the biological cleaning with a biofilter. The aerobe, biological main degradation of pollution and a reduction of Nitrate is in the biofilter and additional oxygenation. The biofilter has a maintenance-free body of quality filtermaterial, which doesn`t have to be cleaned.
